Unlike plastic or single-use serveware, a birch wood tray is made to last.
It's also genuinely practical: our birch wood trays are water-resistant and durable, and easy to wipe clean, so cleanup after a big spread takes minutes, not an evening at the sink. (Hand wash only — please don't submerge in water.)
