Returns & Exchanges
Here at Sorority we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, but we know returns happen! If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can send it back to us for an exchange or refund.
Refunds will only be issued for full priced items. Items in the sale section, or purchases made using a discount code 20% or greater may only be returned for store credit or exchange. Undergarments and jewellery & hair accessories are final sale.
To be eligible for a return your garment must be unworn, with tags, in the same condition that you received it in. Online returns must be made within 14 days of the original shipping date.
We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier as we cannot be held responsible for missing packages. Exchanges/refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
We will refund your credit card/PayPal account for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our requirements.
Most garments sell very quickly so if you require an exchange for the same product please be aware it may be sold out. If your garment is sold out, then a refund or credit note will be issued.
In the unlikely circumstance you have received a faulty garment we will happily exchange or refund you in full, including postage. Customer Service is so important to all of us here at Sorority and we want our lovely customers to have an amazing shopping experience.
RETURNS PROCEDURE:
Please email your return and exchange requests to sororityclothing@outlook.com including your original order details along with the reason why a return or exchange is required. Should you be eligible for a return or exchange, we will provide you with a return postal address.
