New In: Three Liberty Fabrics Prints We Can't Stop Wearing

Maeve Morley Hills Liberty print shirt

There's a moment every season when the new Liberty Fabrics prints arrive, and it's genuinely one of our favourite days in the studio. This drop is no exception — three new shirts, three entirely different personalities, and one thing in common: that unmistakable Liberty print quality that started this whole brand in the first place.

If you've been with us a while, you'll know Sorority began because we couldn't find a decent quality cotton floral shirt in Australia. Nearly five years on, that's still the whole point. So here's what's new.

What makes a Liberty Fabrics print worth the wait

Not all florals are created equal, and once you've worn a genuine Liberty Fabrics piece, it's hard to go back. Liberty's prints are engraved and printed in Northern Italy onto Tana Lawn™ cotton — an exceptionally fine, tightly woven cotton that feels almost silky against the skin, holds colour beautifully, and only gets softer with wear. It's lightweight enough for a Queensland summer and structured enough to still look sharp at the end of a long day. That's the quiet luxury of it — no shine, no fuss, just genuinely beautiful cloth.

Every new Liberty shirt we bring in gets chosen the same way: for the print, yes, but also for how it's cut, how it wears, and whether it earns its place as a piece you'll reach for again and again.

Meet the new arrivals

Maeve — Morley Hills

Maeve Morley Hills Liberty print shirt

A garden of tiny florals in pink, red, blue and soft lilac, Maeve is the classic collared shirt done properly. It's a fitted style, so if you like a roomier fit, we'd size up. Tuck it into tailored pants for the office, or wear it open over denim on the weekend — either way, this is a forever shirt with just the right amount of colour.

Valerie — Vigers Vine

Valerie Vigers Vine Liberty print shirt

Delicate blue blooms trail through soft green leaves in this one, finished with a white trim that keeps it feeling fresh rather than fussy. Vigers Vine is quietly timeless — the kind of print you'll still love in five years, which is exactly the point of buying well instead of buying often.

Nina — Wharfdale Flowers

Nina Wharfdale Flowers Liberty print top

Our favourite blue of the season. Nina is cut in a cornflower-blue Wharfdale Flowers print with white florals scattered through it, and detailed with a flattering V-neckline, soft pintucking through the front, and a frill cuff on the sleeve. It's a relaxed, feminine shape that falls beautifully whether it's tucked in or worn loose — true to size, so stick with what you'd normally take.

How to wear them

All three are built to move easily between a work day and a weekend — that's non-negotiable for us when we're choosing a print. Tucked into wide-leg trousers or a tailored skirt for the office, layered under a blazer when it's cooler, or worn open over jeans with the sleeves rolled up on a Saturday. A genuinely good Liberty print blouse should never feel like it only has one outfit in it.
