Meet Bella in Clarabell, made with Liberty Fabrics. The floral print is in rosy pinks, raspberry, lilac and soft green. She has a feminine frilled collar, a button front, and short puff sleeves finished with shirred cuffs that sit comfortably on the arm. It's the kind of top that gets you compliments without any effort.
